DISC Test

For couples, families and friends

Same home, different instincts.

One of you decides in a minute; the other wants to sleep on it. One wants to talk it through now; the other needs space first. DISC Test shows how each of you is wired, without blaming either of you, and gives you better ways to meet in the middle.

A white woman in her 50s with a silver bob, holding an umbrella
A Coloured woman in her 30s wearing a headscarf, holding a teapot
A Black man in his 20s waving, carrying a tray of coffees

Both of you, side by side

Your two profiles on one map, with your style scores next to each other.

Where you click and clash

The strengths of your combination, the friction points to watch, and concrete things each of you can try.

Questions to talk through

Conversation prompts about decisions, change, conflict and what a good weekend looks like for each of you.

Private by design

Your answers are never shared, only your profile, and only if both of you agree. Either of you can remove it.

Partners, parents, siblings, friends

The pair report works for any two people. Parents get practical notes for their own style in every Playbook.

Not a compatibility score

Differences in style are normal and often useful. We never tell you whether you're "compatible".

Example: a Direct and a Steady partner

Pace meets patience

The Direct style brings speed and decisiveness; the Steady style brings patience, reliability and care for how people are doing. Between them they can move fast and still bring people along, provided the pace is agreed and concerns are voiced early.

  • Weekend and holiday plans go better when the D suggests options instead of announcing a decision, and the S states a preference instead of saying 'I don't mind'.
  • You may want different kinds of time: the D to get things done, the S to slow down together. Plan for both.
  • When a family plan changes, the D explains why, and the S says plainly how the change affects them.
